Rooted in Family. Growing for the Future.
Rooted in Family
The story of Kelly’s Farm is rooted in history, community, and family. This property has been an important part of Cheshire’s agricultural heritage since 1757. For decades, local families have visited this farm to pick apples, purchase fresh produce, and create memories that span generations.
For Bill and Sandy Cunningham, the farm’s story is deeply personal. Long before becoming its stewards, they spent countless autumn afternoons here with their four children, walking through the orchard and creating family traditions of their own. When the opportunity arose to help preserve the property, it felt like a natural extension of their connection to both the land and the community.
Today, the Cunningham family is honored to continue the next chapter of this historic farm while preserving the traditions that have made it such a cherished destination.

The Story Behind the Name
Kelly's Farm carries a name that is deeply meaningful to the Cunningham family. The farm is named in honor of Kelly Cunningham, whose joy, kindness, and spirit left a lasting impact on everyone who knew her. By naming the farm in her memory, the family hopes to create a place where others can gather, celebrate traditions, and make memories together—just as their own family did for many years. Every season, every visit, and every new tradition created at Kelly's Farm reflects that vision.

Traditions That Grow With Us
Some traditions never go out of style. Picking apples with family. Choosing the perfect pumpkin. Bringing home the season's first sweet corn. Gathering with loved ones on a crisp fall afternoon. These simple moments are what make farms special. As Kelly's Farm enters its next chapter, we remain committed to creating a place where new traditions can grow while honoring those that have been part of this farm for generations.

Looking Ahead
We are taking time to restore the orchard and thoughtfully envision the future of Kelly’s Farm while preserving the traditions, values, and sense of community that have made this place special for generations. We hope to start welcoming visitors in Fall 2027.
